It depends.
Ideally, yes. One should.
However, if there is only one service centre there in the area and if you have good relations with the SA, you would want to speak to him first.
If you need his help in the future anytime, it might get difficult if things dont go to well with him. _________________ ~ Jig

I recommend putting any issues or complaints on Skoda India's Facebook page. Everyone see it, it causes embarrassment and SKoda also seems to quickly act on complaints put on their Facebook wall..
