Mates,

Some more from my side. Mostly of my 1.4 daaarling.. Smile

Me with my 1.4 MPI - at the end of a Bangy chapter meet.

Taken at showroom while taking delivery - rear 3 qtrs view.

Top view.. Most imposing view.

One lengthy hatchback..

Mouthwatering?? Absolutey Yummy. Thandaaaa!! But not a good pic at all.

My ex-Sony Ericsson W830i mobile. Again, not a good pic at all. [It's here to show how people shouldn't take bad pics like these. LOL]

ak,

You got me on that one. It sure is the 'Bee'. Mighty muscular for a Bumble bee, come to think of it.

Pray where are the roads to drive a 1000 hp monster in India.

Robin,

My apologies for mistakingly passing on the credit of the excellent 'Bee' pictures.

ak,

Muchas Gracias. Your car looks lovely. One question. You mentioned 'tool kit'. I never got a tool kit. What are the implements that you got in this tool-kit?
A tool kit has been standard with every car that i have laid my hands on. So i checked closely for one on this one too.
Is it something that i missed since the Delivery notice also did not mention a Tool kit.

Rm, my bad.. I think you mistook toolkit for a separate package.. Here is what I meany by the tool kit. It's the tools that rest atop your spare tyre in the boot.. Nothing else...

Tool Kit

ak,

Something that i dint notice earlier. You had sun-film on the car when you took delivery. I mean did you get it done at the Dealership itself or was that thrown in for you.
Any particular reason if the former is the case. Also which brand of Sun film and opacity?

Rm, the sunfilm was offered to me as a part of the luring package for me to purchase the 1.4 MPI. I'm sorry I didn't ask about the opacity of the film but the brand is Garware. TAFE had installed the sunfilm a day prior to the day I took delivery of my car.

FEA, the Stanley leather seats were also done at the dealership at St.Marks road itself; I even got to see the Stanley boys on the leather job, 3 days prior to taking delivery. They are very careful [I'd ordered them to be so], their job is thorough, very professional and is worth my money.

ak,

I bet they did a good job. How much of a hole did it dig in your pockets?

RM,

I paid Rs.20K totally for the entire leather job [except for the steering wheel, which is covered in Nappa leather and was a freebie from the dealership]..

aK,

You are being extremely kind. The firecracker was a tough one for someone like me with a basic camera to boot. I am grateful to the Fuji for that. Smile

Good that you liked them. Much appreciated.
