I received a call today from Skoda Auto. They wanted to know the dealer experience that i had during my purchase of the car. They asked me to rate the service on various parameters and any gripes that i had.
I told them my concerns etc and also mentioned that i had received a similar call some time back but had not seen any progress in terms of actions on the same.
Will wait and see if anything happens.
Was curious to know if anyone of our good folks here have received such calls from Skoda Auto and if so what has been their outcome?

I never got any calls from Skoda  .
Anyway, I hope they are sincere this time.

Skoda is more concerned on sales than after sales , I too had got call from Skoda immediately after purchase , this was for dealership ranking on sales experience how customers faced , was it a smooth ride or a rough one.
Wish Skoda had called a year after purchase to see how happy customers are on after sales

To be honest i have received a call now maybe once every month from the time that i bought the car asking me for feedback on the car, the dealership and anything else that i might be concerned with.
As i said i have been giving feedback but have not see anything more than that happen.
