Hi Guys,
Iam starting this new thread wherein we all can give us our actual total cost spent on the maintenence of your Fabia.

To start with I would request Robin to kindly update your post here again.

As my car has not been used much so in my ownership period of 29 months, i have spent Rs. 10000/- on two services. The current meter reading is 12000 kms only. Roughly I have spent 83 paise per km.

I have paid approx 19k for the three service, pics of the bills can be found in the service reports thread. I have lost the bill of one major part where I had the brake pads and coolant replaced so can't come up with the exact amount.

My total expense should be in the range of 23-25k for almost 32000 kms.

Roughly, it turns out to be 75 paisa per KM

1.2 HTP petrol Ambiente, 28 and a half month (exact).

Thanks Uneet, for starting this thread.

please forgive me for not being regular.

so far i did 28150kms on my fabia.1.4 tdi ambiente

did the second service last week.since my travel includes lots of highway
travel and most of the time only two persons in the car it looks brand new
except some minor scratches on the left side corner front bumper.it is totally a crime when you see how they paint this beloved beauty......and it is my fault.
for the first service i paid roughly around 4600inr odd..
and for the second service 6340...
i enquired about the brake pads but the service man said it is really good for this kind of kms.no need to do anything.
twice i did wheel allignment and once rotated the tyers and going to do it again.for these i paid 1200.

i am confused..do i have to bring the money spend on the diesel or not so?...any how i usually get 20kms per liter.

and the punch is i bought this little wonder in the month of feb 2010 only.
please, please do not envy me.
regards
sureshpn

Nice to hear from you, again . I know there are people you visit the forum more often than they write here. Smile

Since you drive a lot on highway it is quite possible that the brake pads will last longer. I am in a similar situation but got them replaced because I was planning a Leh trip this August. I wanted the brakes to be fresh. Old one has a bit of life left. The SA suggested that I can use them for another 5k kms in city.
