our general netchef seems to be languishing in Facebook with his immaculate mouthwatering recipes. he seems to be mroe into cooking now rather than his car or bike 
hope the facelifted fabia would bring in more activity..personally i liked the new look..bit more flashy, yet the the elegance is retained. keeping fingers crossed on engine |

So we finally met this Sunday.
@Shobhit: I am sorry. I should have communicated properly. It is actually Ajay’s dept. and I suck at it. We desparately need a larger group for the next meet. Believe me, you will thank me later .
Let’s start with a good news. Our General can access the forum now. Sadly the work keeps him occupied. Hopefully things will improve.
Another good news. The price cut made by Skoda on the Fabia spare parts has started showing effect. Pravin paid just 550/- for the set of front wipers. I paid 1440/- five months ago for the same.It was also good to know that no one had any issue their babies.
For a moment we thought about – what could be our next car. Nobody was clear on this. I assume no one wants to sell their car in the foreseeable time zone. Good thing. I would like keep mine forever. This is my first car and I have driven it on the beaches of Goa on my honeymoon . There is no way I’ll let it go so easily.
Eventually I will need a diesel , compact softie – crossover kind of vehicle to take me to places where Fabia can’t. Yeti is good but I ll need a separate bank account to maintain it. Mitsubishi RVR, another contender. They do have the Jap- reliability genes but they aren’t cheap either. What I have in mind is the Nissan Juke. Hopefully it will hit the Indian roads.

Happy Diwali to everyone!
Office life is back after a long weekend. A week full of joy and festivity. For some this may spill into this week too. Lucky.
Bangalore is feeling the effect of the cyclone Jal. It has been raining/drizzling intermittently since yesterday, forcing us to use warm wears. Hope the damage is minimal.
We can’t share sweets over internet so I request you guys to buy and enjoy it on behalf of all the other forum members .

Back after a long time so keen to see whats going on.. Robin tells me forum is much active now so I couldn't avoid taking time out to come back [work and travel had kept me busy and at bay all along].
How about a Bangy Fabia meet [robin]?  Been a while, isn't it?
