Comrades, on behalf the General (our's truly, netchef), I am starting this forum where we can share our Fab stories with more freedom. Needless to say that we will maintain the same standard as earlier.
I am new to managing the forum business, so will need regular support from you gents in maintaining this.

Fabiosis, we've been kicked out of our beloved TBHP thread. I don't understand the logic/reason behind it. The usefulness of the single thread is unexplainable. May be the mods got upset with popularity..more than 1 lakhs hits and more than 1300 posts for a single thread.
But, let's keep it behind and make a new start. I've a wild suggestion. Can we copy the threads from TBHP and use it here? then it would be useful for the other users who might drop in too. Nahh..I don't think it would be fair or possible.
Dear Admin, can you please send the invitation to all the fabiosis in TBHP? Where's our beloved General.Seems he's lying bit low. Come on General, up to the front and onto them..the horizon ain't far..  |

Thank you Guys. For a car like Fabia, we should have a forum where we can share our experience. Though we miss all the info we posted till now, its good that we came out.
I was not happy with the big brother attitude of the mods (old forum). They for some reason were against Skoda and I thought they will not allow the great Fabia thread to continue. And it happened. You cannot simply delete the posts. After all its a forum where we share our thoughts/experience. Posts are their assests. If their attitude continues, its implied that they are counting their days.

Copyright issues? Are you sure it is so, since its our content that we had contributed, for them. It is still "our' content.. Maybe netchef can comment on this better. He's in the ad world and would know a thing about copyright and rules concerning it.

Hi Guys,
It's good for all of us to be back here and congregate to do what we've always loved doing - sharing our stories and experiences of our steed- the Fabia.
Now that we have this new haven, I recommend we invite those who've been a longstanding part of the thread and regular contributors. I'm not speaking of those who leisurely visit us.
I request each one of you to send a message inviting the member to this thread and kindly do this only via the PM facility on TBHP. We do not want to attract any unwarranted attention to this forum by posting IN the previous thread we lived in.
For my part, I'll get Naikpranav and Invinsible to join. Likewise, please pick a member who you can remember is a Fabia owner and has been between our previous TBHP pages.

this seems a good start. fabiosis, please do note that we shouldn't attack TBHP needlessly. we still might have to go to some of the threads and some sort of assistance required. so lets be good boys as ever.. a sicilian who would carry a rose in hand rather than a gun |

Gents,
Regarding getting our content contributions posted there, to here. From what I'm thinking, it's going to be an uphill task to start posting topics like we just purchase the Fab.
I think we need to have some of our previous content which is important, and of immense value if we start taking in new members outside of our previous acquaintances. Let me know what you members think, and we can start getting back, what is still rightfully ours.
I highly recommend a 'Technical Queries' thread which invinsible can start off and manage. Others, let's start being ourselves and begin our discussions and ideas for our new haven.

I will be honoured to manage the Technical part as well as ICE section, that way i can keep brushing up my memory 
I would'nt mind writing all that stuff here again. Unless Robin deletes it again and we have to redo it all ..lol ..just kidding.
I also suggest a section for accessories and other requirement like tyre upgrade, lights, horns and others.
And ya we can have separate section one for daily driving experiences and the other long term ownership experience that way it would get easier to read the review on it.
What say ?
MAHESH@ I have checked briskoda a lot but nothing that great with the info. |
