Hello Folks,

I would like to start a new topic, regarding the behavior and your experience at SKODA Dealers, for any, whether its buying or servicing or ever a normal visit, whether u own it or u r going to own or u just visited to check personally or with a friend, means at any angle u just interact with Dealer regarding some inquiry from any part of India.

Admin, please check this subject, whether its in right chapter.

Well till now only visits by viewers, no reply.

I should start.

The behavior at the time of selling is good, rather the best, treats like u r going to buy Merc, on time of delivery, the sales agent asks to fit some equipment, if u deny then they start to kick u off like u r beggar, what made me angry. No demo on new car, no check on new car, nothing.
They make face like they are MD of SKODA company.

I found this type of note from Robin, and now I felt this is abs right.

Anyway I kicked their back, much I can do, but it makes a gap for further servicing attitude.

Initially, I booked a TD (at Mumbai) through the company website. As a result, I got a call from 2 dealers (Autobahn and JMD) within 24 hrs. Finally, I booked with Autobahn, only because it was closer to my place in Mumbai. Both were equally good, the JMD guy seemed more informed as well as enthusiastic.

There has been followup from SKODA backoffice 3 times. Also, after I informed them that I had booked a Skoda Fabia, they asked for a feedback both verbal as well through a simplistic email questionnaire.

The email ID and phone num for highlighting issues were given as customercare@skoda-auto.co.in and 080 67334646. Hope this is of some help.

Good note of these, but not helpful after u buy, as I tested.
I just entered info like u did in site, one as a new to buy, one as a owner.
For new buy I entered in night, got call on next day early morning.
Other (owner) entered on the day when I got car, till now no response.
Both are with diff name, diff cell no, with all diff.

So... Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad , don't know what to say, and I knew these things before also, but did a buy as I like German engg and ofcourse they make some good things compare to others.

@Swastik : Your problem is related to the lone dealer in your area.
Service in smaller cities is a problem anyway. It is hard to find competent people.

Things are better in cities like Bangalore and Mumbai with multiple dealers. You always have the option of trying the other one.

Its right, its about monopoly business. But what about company, as I entered complain to Company not dealer. Company responded to new buy but not to owner.

Understanding the Skoda customer service is a task in its own.
Sometimes they are prompt. Quite often your request is lost.

Customer service is indeed issue in cities with single dealer not only skoda but for most other brands.
I noticed spares are easily available of the shelf in cities like bangalore.
Also you have option of multiple dealers for spares also.
I had been to my home town and was shocked to hear wiper will take 15 days to come.
Skoda plant is 200 kms from my home town

Good buddy, u whi are from BLR will be good in Dealer support.
SKODA as per copany audit officer, sells 60% car in south, specially BLR.

As Skoda CC is there, another + point you got.
