Hi,
How do we figure out that the car given by the dealer is a brand new car and not a demo car he used to use before. I could not find any chassis number or manufacture date in the engine bay, but there is some printed material in the manuals which shows the manufacture date.
Can we also check if the dealer has replaced any new parts for the old one..
Any way to cross check..... |

1. check the VIN number under the wiper on the left side (you will find an online decoder for it ).
See if this works http://igorweb.org/vindec/
2. Look at the pedals. Old one will have lesser grip than a new one. Look for tyres too. Agreed that both won't give away much. Look for other signs of use, like frayed seats etc ...

Did you find the month of manufacture? |
Yes i did find the month of manufacture in this link: http://www.octinfo.com/index.php?p=vin_en
and it turns up to be MAY -2011 |

I remember the dealer saying May as manufacturing month, should cross check and post... |
