Hi Guys,

My car's insurance renewal time has come, i am presently using Bajaj Allianz insurance and have not claimed anything so far, is it better to continue with it or else change to L&T or any other insurance.

Manufacture month of car is may 2011
Petrol 1.2HTP
As per my knowledge the present IDV of the car can be 4.6L-5.4L and the insurance premium will be 13-15K respectively.

Any suggestions.

Appreciate your help

Check out bajaj insurance policy options online. I think it will give you an option to select zero depreciation (and some other customization) if you want.

I would suggest Tata AIG. Get the contact number form Ajay if you like. They are better at claims processing.

TATA AIG should be avoidded, as they do not have a cashless facility with SKODA Workshop. If a car is repaired as per their choice of workshop then only they would give a Cashless facility

I took a IFFCO-TOKIO with a 0% dep, cost was 15 K
It was same for BAJAJ.

I would say choices should be BAJAJ >> IFFCO >> Bhart AXA >> ICICI

A lot depends on the location. We have members here who have had bad experience with Bajaj and good with TATA AIG. Vinayak, Bangalore is a TATA AIG authorized Skoda center, making life easy for those insured by it.
