Skoda Fabia 1.4 desil model 2008
My question is
If Ac is tripping and the company says to change the compressor fault due to valve ,do I require to change the compressor or only valve can be changed and it can work.
Ac chap is asking for Rs 2000/- for china valve and Rs 3,500/- his labour and gas. But no guarantee.
Is it advisable to change compressor or to change condenser too. Old condenser can not be cleaned and installed.
Ac chaps are advising to change the compressor without valve and go for clutch base. Some alternative arrangements he will be doing to put like pulley.
Please advise before I go for any decision

Not much can be done in case of Fabia AC issues,
Complete dashboard has to be removed and its quite complex,
I had a discussion with AC guy in Bangalore and he told to get top up of AC gas done regularly,
Check if some old Condensors are in market, local guys charge 7000/= for condensor , no Gaurantee et.. al.
Compressor made in China are Ok as they are cheap and I have friends who have replaced in Octavia for 15 K against 70K in service center.
More than parts replacement the AC guy needs to know how to handle skoda cars .
