If you are opting for a Sub Wofer then light damping on front speakers will do, If you are not planning a sub wofer as part of set up then proper dampind is required.
I had two layers of approx 5-6 inch X 10 inch rectangular damping sheets on the steel frame of the left and right front doors.
The coaxials at rear will not need any damping as you can adjust the sound using fader

Thanks for the inputs.

Finally i got Pioneer double din audio system(AVX-X2590BT) and JVC speakers installed.

Got the tweeters installed inside the doors, the guys there had to do some tweaking work but it turned out to be good.

I was checking the output today and found that the company stock speakers has a good output compared to the JVC 300W wondering why? The JVC has 300Watts but even then Question

Thanks to Pravin i did not move the stock to the rear.

Total damage 25K.(Returns - 250Rs on reliance payback card and 200Rs on credit card) - Checked at JC road the price of the unit was Rs.18,800 and speakers JVC - 4K then fitting, faceplate, Ariel and connectors - 2K which turned out to be same as reliance but no one technician was available as it was EId yesterday.

Tweeter Slot in rear door:

JVC tweeter with tweaks : unfortunately the JBL's did not have such option of screwing the tweeters:

The new HU:

Hi Guys,

Anyone using Pioneer AVH units meed help.

I have bought AVH X2590BT, i have a major issue with the Unit, when i am hearing to music in USB mode and if i just turn off the engine during the signals or any scenario but the music player is still on and music continues to play, now when i start the engine the music that i am playing gets reset and the music starts from the first song in the USB, this is really very annoying, does that mean i should hear to the same song after each interval, when i have about 800 songs when will i hear to the last songs, this does not happen commonly but most of the times, is anyone facing the same issue. When checked with pioneer team they say the system was designed in such a way that the song starts from the first song every time you crank the engine while hearing to music, what were those designers thinking, well i do not think this is the answer any customer expects rather this is a bug in the system which they are not able to resolve or else need to mention in the broschure or manual of the player, if this is not resolved then i would not mind going to the consumer court. What were you developer thinking. Also when i am using the player if i need to hear to the previous song in shuffle mode or in MIXTRAX mode it does not go, infact it starts from the same song starting. Can anyone help me with this situation.
